    Working my Representative on Demil B/Q items

    Am I just tired, or does this mean we can't buy anything surplus that we couldn't buy new somewhere else? Isn't most everything we collect not commercially available? But then, GM did sell CUCV IIIs to the public. I am tired. I re-read this and it doesn't make much sense.
