Thanks you guys! I took the seat out last night. It was not moving on the passenger side. I was able to motivate it with a 3 lb hammer and now it works again. The cable seems ok to move both the releases.

I took my daughter and her friend driving today. I slide the seat full forward so she could reach the pedals and now I can't get the passenger side to release. The wire is still attached to the passenger side. I tried moving the mechanism by hand but it won't slide. I'm not sure how that...
