    Adding a battery disconnect switch

    I use double throw Isolator switches. Like fitted to fire trucks etc. All mine Isolate the POSITIVE, and the NEGATIVE terminals. At least this fitting eliminates the discussion of which cable is better to disconnect!. And ALL cabling is of the SAME size and capacity as the original truck battery...
