    "Flasher unit is new" does not equal "flasher unit is functional". Especially the newer ones are POS, in my humble opinion, and the ones making it onto the civilian market do not appear to be of outstanding quality. I wasted 3 or 4 times the 50 bucks one cost, before I did this...
