    Titled with a SF-97 from Gl , bought years ago but never titled or plated until the township complained.

    Just titled and registered a 1971 M35A2 last month with no issues what so ever less than 20 minutes at a rural SOS office.

    It only effects HMMWV's , there are no issues registering any other MV's just have your paperwork in order before you go to the SOS. Michigan is MV friendly for everything other than HMMWV's
