    Hood body repair.

    FWIW, I have seen HMMWV hoods burned by fire. When the fire goes out on it's own, the hood will still be there. But, you can poke your finger straight thru it. If you try to pick it up, it will just fall apart. It seems the strands of whatever are fireproof. Everything else burns up, but...
