    Another stupid idea, ignore this thread.

    Pinion brake only use a air disc brake caliper pad set. Modify the mounting bracket. Add a trolley valve to your truck that can apply that force as needed to stop. Mrap air disc stuff was abundant and cheap for awhile there.
