    . I wouldn't load up the storage drive with TM's if it is that small. You will need that space for the Windows swap file and to keep the operating system happy. Look for a USB connection on anything you buy. Then you won't be restricted on drive space... I have a couple terabyte USB sticks...

    . Because they don't teach themselves... That you are looking through the books is a GOOD thing. I have grumbled and said bad words and been generally grumpy trying to find the information you (me, I) are looking for in these TM's. The more you use them, the better you get at using them...

    . Yes. What you are doing is removing the potential for sound. With nothing but the little brass bushings supporting the shaft - if you hear a squeak - you have a worn bushing. Yes, you could squirt WD-40 on the shaft but all you are doing is prolonging the problem.
