My mistake I ment to say that the pistons have cracks not the heads.

I'll be dropping the pan soon and checking the rod bearings.

Would a wrist pin bearing knock when I take pressure off of the cylinder by removing fuel to the injector?

I never saw a change in oil pressure. My thermostat doesn't always work but I check my fluids often. The radiator always has the same antifreeze green.

I have looked in to pop testing and pressure testing. Im working on getting the equipment to do so. As for fuel I only run diesel and diesel additive.
