    I did get stopped in my old M35 , it was running waste transformer oil . Non PCB . The inspector dipped his tube into the tank , dumped it on the ground and dipped it again , proceeds to ask me “ want is this ? “ I told him I don’t have a clue !     Off Road only , I understand if you own property on two sides of a road , all is well for off road / farm use . If anything else you will loose all your profit x 10 in federal fines
