glad Im not only only one who does that lol
Not sure the box is strong enough for hanging something off the front w/out reinforcing the box which is likely doable.
looks like one could make that with Baler belts from tractor supply or even old tires. . hmmm..... take off existing like you mention. bolt on Baler best to each side of step in a stirrup that hangs low enough to bolt two of the above step platforms on it.... whala...... matching dual steps...
looks to me to be an "amp research powered side board.".... with the side board cropped and/or their single bed step's platform mounted to it. The location of the label and all shapes seems to give it away.
that is a facebook video link and it won't work anyplace else but inside facebook as far as I can tell. Not working here for me. Guessing same for everyone else.
bumper clearly states do NOT stand on it at each end. If this is a strength issue, and not so much slip off potential- Military Version of OSA issue, then adding to the bumper a step may require some reinforcing.
KISS.

Does not show in video.... but looks like it is the folding type step stool. Put a good way to tuck it away once inside so in an accident it is not a projectile...
@olly hondro had a good idea of using transfercase chain for a stirrup step.
The search engine in here really sucks. appologize.. at moment cant find the thread I was alluding to earlier. Will search more later
be careful leaving it tilted. I did that and one corner of the windshield popped out. Its not happened to anyone else yet though so maybe I just got unlucky.
As to steps.... seen some use large scrap chain.... motorcycle/bicycle design but larger.... though I guess one could use motorcycle...
