    M1008 idling good but engine shut off driving.

    This happens when the injection pump drains while parked. This usually happens over night. The engine starts and idles fine but will die once a load is applied. After up to a minute or cranking, similar to priming the fuel filter, the engine will start and run fine for the rest of the day...
