    Suggest you pressure wash this truck stem to stern twice. Then spray components like the engine computer and alternator with something like WD40, there are better sprays available for protection however.

    I would check out that 3 switch remote start panel in the engine compartment, maybe the switch is full of salt water allowing continuity all the time.

    My opinion is those solenoids are damaged by salt water. Bypass them for diagnostic purposes.

    Have you checked the two solenoids tied in next to the master disconnect switch?
