    Read the EMP commission reports from 2002 and 2011. the 2002 report (published in 03 or 04) tested over 300 different vehicles (cars, trucks, tractors, etc) in a simulator. Engine was running and all electronics were on. in the 02 tests, 60 percent suffered NO damage, 30 percent the engines...
