    Well ,paint is on ,gotta put stuff back together and use almost 5 gal of paint. The sprayer really has bad paint mileage..

    I`m also putting on alot more paint with the airless gun than the body shop would use.

    I have used 2 gallons so far ,straight paint, not thinned using a airless sprayer. i think it will take 2 more gallons to paint the cab,bed and side boards / troop seats.

    Prep on the under side was with a pres washer and alot of time, spraying cleaner and washing again. Alot of sanding using a hand sander,grinder on a few places with a flex wheel and elbow grease.. Lots of hours. I think it will be great when we`re done . Neil
