    there are rubber lines on the crossover just behind the cab (where the lines cross to the passenger side.) putting the pump there would be a good place.

    Mount the pump as close to the tank as you can (they push better than they pull) for wiring you can ground it to the frame, but run a wire from an ignition hot to power it.

    its cheap, but FYI you will be cursing putting it in. Whatever you do, DO NOT let the rod drop all the way down when you pull the pump out, or you will be pulling the access plate to push it back up. When installing use heavy grease (marine wheel bearing grease works well) to hold the rod up...
