    if i bought a cucv with an sf-97, can it be transferred?

    Johnny A month or two back I sold a Deuce, with a SF-97 without titling it first. The Deuce was a '71. The buyer and myself are both NY residents. A CUCV will be a different kettle of fish. NY began issuing titles in '73. Any '73 or newer vehicle will have to be titled prior to transferring...
