    nevermind guys, i did a search, and it seems as this is a no can do situation. does anyone know about how long it will take for the title to be issued once the sf97 gets turned in?

    Hey all. I am in the process of buying an m1028. the vehicle owner has the sf-97, NOT the title. can the sf-97 be transferred to me? or are we better off having him title the vehicle and then transferring that to me? thanks guys John
