    What are you guys smoking? DOD does not purchase a new grade of toilet paper in 1yr. Might MIGHT see prototypes of a HMMWV replacement in the next 5 years for specialty applications. And that does not guarantee any volume purchase. There are not funds planned for replacing the things. DOD...
