    The relay valves go bad FREQUENTLY from lack of use... .... I wrote a post on my M105A2's brakes and it's bad relay valve.. Has the part # you'll need for a new valve... Looks like you just burnt the paint off the drums... I saw it happen a few times in the Army.. Pull the hubs, see if there...
