    firemarshallbill, You did find the problem with the sending unit. My truck also had a 60 lb gauge and a 120 lb sender. Read about the same as yours on the gauge, even though the mechanical gauge said it was much higher. I tried to cobble in some resistors in series to the gauge to get me...
