    new diesel smog laws in california

    I am confused, does this new law mean that it is impossible to register a diesel MV (M35, M54, etc.) in CA, unless it qualifies for an exception as "historical" or "motorhome"? Does it also mean that such vehicles that were previously registered are no longer legal to operate? I am assuming that...
