    A-You're asking in the CUCV forum, you should probably ask in the deuce and a half forum. B-Put simply CUCV's are only 24v at the ignition system, the rest of the truck is 12v.

    Both batteries are 12v hooked up to provide 24v to the starting system.

    There's 12v on one of the bus bars...I think the lower one. I welded a ratchet to it this last summer...whoops...

    Only part of the starting system is 24v. The rest of the truck is standard 12v. You can get 12v from the front battery and parts of the bus bars on the firewall (where the battery cables go to).
