    According to TM 9-2320-392-10-2 it says to add hydraulic oil. I scanned both of the pertinent pages, the second of which indicates MIL-PRF-5606H (OHA), Hydraulic Fluid, Petroleum Base, Aircraft, Missile and Ordinance.
