    Just a suggestion for something to check. There is obviously some resistance there, either electrical or mechanical.

    CUCV Wiper Problem

    Problem #1 may be your wiper arm linkage bent and/or binding up causing the motor to work harder therefore drawing excessive amperage. Problem #2 may be the same. My experience though has been these motors have always been slow. Check page F22, illustration F20, Appendix F, of the -20 TM. This...
