G/L used to give free SF97 but then some buyers complained about wrong vin numbers and trouble with registration, so they changed the rules to having a buyer and LEO fill out the forms and sending them back. They are not just charging Florida buyers. It has been that way for a while now. Be sure to tell them they forgot to charge you last time, they may want to add it to this bill. It is a good idea to read the terms and conditions when you bid, you have to say you agree to it before you can...
