    Each subsequent owner has to inform the next of the EUC Rules. Each previous owner has to keep record of who they sold the item to. If you bought a truck from a private sale and they bought it from GL, I'm sure when the DRMS comes looking for it they will tell them your name. If/when I sell one...

    GL offices are in Scottsdale, AZ. It's only 3:28 there as I type this! They are only doing this because DRMS instructed them to. They have to comply.
