    CDR valves - Whos got em?

    Sounds correct, I just use wd 40 or PB Blaster on everything works wonders. I have heard of guys using Diesel fuel to soak it a few days, flush out with diesel best they can and reinstall...

    remove it completely, clean with WD40 (Fog real good), reinstall, operate. to easy...[thumbzup]

    I believe that the CDR Valve is not working, that the oil filler tube cap has a venting function for this reason as a back up - the civilian 6.2 oil filler cap was flat with no venting capabilities... Shake the oil tube cap it should rattle freely!

    Once a year WD-40 to Clean CDR Valve and Oil Tube Filler Cap Used WD-40 to soak the CDR Valve and the Oil Tube Filler Cap. Both are freed up now and work. I re-soak both parts once a year!

    :idea:The Civilian 6.2 Diesel had one and I'm sure it would work. The mount will be slightly differnet use black zip ties!? :arrow:Most of the time if you don't "break it" you can clean it and it will work forever...
