    strech 816 into 819?

    I haven't seen anything from the OP stating that he wanted the rear winch to remain after the conversion (or maybe he does, I don't know) I would say to sell the M816 and find a M819 instead if that's what you want. I know where at least one is here in CO that would be available for sale...
