    Good point Lance, I'm sure LEOs will look at the registration and data plates just before they point you to the scales.

    The TM for the M101A2 gives the on-road, or highway payload as 2250 lbs. If buying an M101, be sure to hold out for the M101A2 as these have surge brakes.
