thin wire retaianing on inside of hub try pushing in on hublock it won't move much take a small screw driver between the lockout and hub scrape around inside hub you should feel the wire it will spin in the hub it rides in a slot you have to keep it from spinning and pry one end out and work...
on the front after taking the lockout off 6 or 8 allen bolts there should be a retainiing ring on the inside grove at edge of hub then the rest of lockout will come out possibly a snap ring on end of axel shaft after lockout is off on the spindle in front of wheel bearing is the spindle nut this...
