    Inspect the hose that goes to the oil cooler closely! Mine looked good, but when I swapped it out, it was bad on the bottom, out of sight.

    Yup, belts and hoses are easy to do with the rad out! Not sure I'd mess with the T-stat.

    Wow, pulled the winch to get the rad. out?! Yes, most of the shrouds I have seen have been loose.

    I would take it out of the equation and remove the short dog bone connecting the batterys.

    I don't know why you would replace that seal unless it is leaking. Is that the seal behind the harmonic dampener?
