    i think you have the wrong thermostat or its open. blend door opening?? can you hold the hoses?

    after you warm it up, maybe 15 minutes, put your hand on one of the heater hoses going into the truck, you should not be able to hold it more than 5 seconds. if you can your thermostat is open or its not 195F. i have seen the manifold heater fitting stop up, not letting water circulate.
