    You are supposed to get a fuel blender's permit so you can report how many gallons you burned and pay the taxes accordingly.

    The JP-8 was clear. I would have had a nervous drive home it it was red. Or I would have had to fill a lot of 5 gallon gas cans to drain the tank and more to refill it.

    My deuce came with a full tank of JP-8. I am curious (but don't want to find out) what the DOT man would say it he dipped that.

    I would empty the tank and have it cleaned. Maybe even change your fuel filter(s) to be sure it's all gone.
