    RED diesel fuel?

I don't understand that statement. How can the person that sells off-road fuel possibly control what you put the fuel in? I could understand if they knowingly watched you pour off-road into a road vehicle but if you put it in a container to take home I don't see how they could be held...

    RED diesel fuel?

I'd say technically you'd be in violation of the tax laws. It would probably depend on how bad the cop wanted to bust you (some cops are "by the book" and I'd bet you'd get a ticket). RED diesel fuel?

I asked a officer this very question one time. He said if he pulls up any red at all you are going to get a ticket. It will be up to you to prove in court that you weren't running dyed fuel.

    RED diesel fuel?

Because it's dyed red. It doesn't matter what you put it in out of the pump. If it ends up in a on-road vehicle you are breaking the law. In TN you can get fined even running it off-road if it is a taged vehicle.
