    Amazing how much difference some 2cycle makes.

    Agreed! Older diesels like our's with rotary style IP's need more lubrication than modern diesel provides. It's a good idea to add something with every fill up, and 2 cycle oil is cheaper and more easily attainable than sulfur additives.
