    Mice in my Convoy Lights

You see how easy they adjust up and down? The pic is all the way down. I would like them up another 6 inches but there's no hole there. I might have to CAREFULLY do my own.

    Mice in my Convoy Lights

I added another circuit breaker today and hooked the heater and convoy lights to it. I put everything back on the stock breaker like it was. I pulled power from under the dash like DH suggested so they only come on when the ignition switch is on. I installed a brake warning light from a HMMWV...

    Mice in my Convoy Lights

What I have done before is wrap tape so it prevents the drill bit from going in too far and hitting the wires. Then I would drill through each side instead of going all the way through. It's still risky and I may not do it, but it is possible. I notice that mine are mounted lower than the...

    Mice in my Convoy Lights

Here's a pic of them installed. We woke up to no rain so we skipped breakfast and got them on. Then I took Soldier B to Jack In The Box to make up for the missed meal. At DiesalBob's suggestion I hooked them up to the circuit breaker. I already have 100W H4 headlights so the light switch is...

    Mice in my Convoy Lights

Not sure if the "READ THE TM" crowd noticed this pic. There's a full set of PRINTED deuce TMs on the shelf. I even printed the engine and tranny TMs and the M105 TMs. Maybe if I read them once in a while I wouldn't have someone posting 30 links every time I ask a question. I'm PROUD to be one...

    Mice in my Convoy Lights

Convoy lights are together and waiting for a break in the rain to install on the truck. I built the first one, Soldier B took over after that. We were going to spray paint them TAN, but I'm working with Mark aka 100Dollarman aka Hundy to just paint the whole truck.

A few more pics. The rain has started, we won't get them on for a few days.

    Mice in my Convoy Lights

After we finished installing the fittings/valves for the heater, we beat feet to the garage to open the box Mr. Fed Ex dropped off a few hours ago. Thanks to my shipmates in chat for the tip on the lights. Pretty nice opening New In the Box parts. Soldier B put on some plastic gloves because...
