    Actia 24 to 12volt switching converter???

    Hello, Has anybody used one of these or know anything about them. They're designed for MVs (among other things). The ones I have were taken off of crash trucks at Dover AFB (I think). They're made in France and take 19 to 32 VDC input and have two independent 14 VDC outputs and draw...
