    If the body is in GREAT shape than its a good price, otherwise I'd say its a little high. I would say around $4500 is a good median price for a mechanically sound truck that might have a few dings and dents.

    you'll want to look at the condition of the u-joints in the front axle, if you can wiggle them with your hand then they are shot, a rebuild is around $700 near here. not that hard of a job to do yourself if you're mechanicaly inclined. also check for side to side play in the wheel bearings on...
