    From the sounds of it you eliminated the M109a4 (auto tranny). Should be a data plate on the dash to tell you for sure.

    There are threads to read on rear main seals. And yes I was talking about engine seals. The master cylinder has a tendency to dry out over time. and could possibly have water in the system.     Well the fuel would need replaced. Seals as well. Probably had creatures tear into the electrical by now, nests in everywhere.
