    Glad to hear you got it running Iceman! Thanks for answering my question - after 11 years of owning my '86 M1009 with 54K on it (now), I was wondering if a head gasket job was/is in my "future"... Sounds like I need to pull my valve covers and check the head bolt torque on mine too... BTW...

    ARP studs Be mindful of the sealer used on those ARP studs... If you don't - you'll have coolant leaks. They work, got them on my Grand National (bolts, not studs) and have read many horror stories on the Buick boards about them leaking because of not using sealant, wrong kind, not enough...
