    When I drove a double tanker setup (hauled milk, so smooth bore), the total combo was around 85' long. It's amazing how well doubles like that can track though.

    While I wouldn't use that setup to tow the tanker loaded, it is a great idea for recovery! Any way to pin the dolly for easier backing?

    Yeah, that was what I was alluding to in my previous statement. They just don't look like they have the beef to really pull a second trailer of the same size (which is what I was after.)

    How many baffles do those fuel tanks have? Also curious to see how you coupled them. Seems there are very few military trailers designed to be doubles. And even those are only to carry the little trailer behind it.
