I was told that trespass also includes visual trespass. The posted sign will not allow video recording or actual visual observation beyond its boundries and therefore not be presentable in a court of law. I am not a lawyer but this may be a good inquiry for a counselor.
I was once told that "No Tresspassing" signs also included no tresspassing visually. I don't know if this is true but you might want to check with an attorney.
Check with the town BEFORE you put up a fence. Some towns have strict rules regarding fence height. Code enforcement is on your a$$ so don't give them any more reasons to give you code violations. If the fence is too high they can make you take it down.
TexAndy I think that most people do mind their own business but there is always one as****e in every crowd. I'm lucky that I have enough land with the right topography to satisfy the beauracrats.
You might be screwed if you park them on a residental lot. I've been turned in for having my backhoe/loader near my house. The town code that I violated was having construction equipment in a residential neighborhood when not being used for an ongoing construction job. The other code violation...
