Good morning, crankshaft, Test stand is all steel, base is 2 x 4 tubular and mating surface for engine 1/2 in plate steel. Opening cut with torch and ground smooth, welded to base. Casters and pull handle available at tractor supply shop. Nothing fancy but works great and very stable.

It really does work great, is extremely stable and easy to maneuver. Hope the pics are self-explanatory, please PM if you need any assistance!
