    I agree with Nate. Also, if it was designed to dump, it would be mentioned in the TM.

    I believe that if the 101s truly had a "dump feature", you wouldn't have to remove screws and disconnect wires, add flex lines to the brakes, or remove bolts. The wire harness would be coiled, as in the case of the telescoping convoy lights on trucks, the brakes would already have flex lines...
