Yeah, I grabbed the Harbor Freight chains off of my car trailer this morning and they worked out well!

Picked up the trailer today from Ft. Meade and the hitch seems to work out just fine. Thanks for the direction on the pintle. Dan

I wound up finding the riser and pintle from discounthitches.com. With this set up the center of the pintle is 23" off the ground. I guess this is as close as I can get to level without either lifting the truck or swapping smaller tires on the trailer...

The center of my receiver measures 14" off the ground. Looks like I will need the tall riser. Right in the middle of the license plate was 24"
