    He is asking how do you keep it from being stolen after you have it hooked up. Honestly if it is hooked up and they really want to steal the trailer they will just take the combined vehicle/ trailer.     Not sure how common trailer theft is once it is hooked up to the TV, I would say almost all occur when it is not coupled in storage. When I go to someplace I try to find the outer edge of the parking lot and then place trailer between my truck and another object. Usually less cars around to hide...
