    Maybe I should have added, that my friend wants to run the generator continuous for weeks at a time with no interruption. Most generators are not rated for continuos duty cycle like this one. He has a 1000 gallon subterranean fuel tank and gets his fuel dirt cheap. So cost to run really isnt a...

    Thank you both for taking the time to respond. I will hold off on doing the conversion until you publish the control wire reconfiguration. I am doing the conversion for a friend and do not want to risk damaging his genset. Thanks again

    A kraus and naimer rotary switch would work well for the high current switching. And ohmite rotary switches for the low current switching
