    Do the glow plugs get 12v to them with your pushbutton pushed? Have you checked your fuel filter bleeder for fuel? How long since it ran last? Did it have any problems before it was parked/abandoned? Does the pink wire on the IP have 12v?(key on)

    Charge the town/police/county or whoevers rule this is, for the fuel for starting it to prove it is not "abandoned" Simply put ac60Gs in it and start it for them(I would also resupply the gp relay with 12v). Then ask then to make an appointment for the next "test". How long can a vehicle not...
