    blew up my 6.2l in the 1028

    I also once had a 6.2 l Problem. The crankshaft disintergated. An other Desert Storm engine was dead. Everything below the camshaft was in unuseable condition. However, the engine was stil running (very noisy) and could be started. Here some of the remains of the crankshaft.
